Regular Teams
Made up of 6 Competitors with each running, Mt. biking or road biking 3 legs each. 

Ultra Teams
Made up of 3 competitors each team member will do two lets

Team Categories
  • All Female Teams
  • All Male Teams
  • Mixed Teams – must have at least 3 women
  • Open Teams – any # of gender combinations
  • Family OR Corporate – must have at least 4 family OR corporate members
Solo  1 competitor against the course do you have what it takes?
